How do you receive your refund through Tradex?
Tradex shall refunds payment will be made through cheque / Voucher Code / Bank Transfer depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
Proof of identification
Tradex reserves the right to request for recognized Proof of Identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same to either the Tradex delivery personnel or any of its associates, can lead to cancellation of the order. If the item purchased and is being delivered as a gift item, then the customer who made the original transaction online will have to provide his/her proof of identification.
In case of any cancellation done by customer, transaction charges applies.
Limitation of Liability
- You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold our company and its parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by you in connection with your purchase or transaction on Tradex
- Tradex reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, and agree to cooperate with Tradex defense of such claim.
- Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of services, content or results, computer failure or malfunction, damages resulting from disabling of the services provided as part of Tradex.
- Any use or alleged use of Tradex / services through your account by any person, whether or not authorized by you; or The operation and content on your site or Any breach of your representations and warranties and other covenants under this agreement.
- No exchange or refund will be entertained once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not shipped'.
- Tradex will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment. Non-delivery chances occur on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Tradex for re-delivery shall be chargeable extra.
- The recipient is supposed to provide an ID proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The Products would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided.
- Prices shown in website may vary than those in the Tradex outlets. Prices should not be compared as web prices are only for online purchase.
- Color choice of Products to be mentioned clearly before placing the order, no exchange will be done after the order is placed and delivered.
- Please note all items (including gifts if any) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
- There may be chances for unexpected price drops, category changes, and other technical errors. These situations are considered as hacked or cyber threats. Tradex has the right to cancel orders placed in these environments. Sales cannot be processed in these cases.
- Under any unforeseen circumstances, non-availability of stock/ item is not in saleable condition/ transit damage, etc. if your order has not been delivered within 10 days of placing the order, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Free delivery is only applicable for orders above Rs 1000
- There may be unforeseen errors that may lead to price drops and or unintended visibility of the products on the website. In such cases, Tradex may extend support to the customer to find alternative products and if no such alternative products are not available at Tradex, Tradex has all the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by the customer if any.

What is a Pre-order of a Product?
When products are to be released at a future date, orders can be placed in advance. These pre-booked orders will be shipped on the release day and will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
How is your Order Confirmed?
With every order, you will receive an e-mail, call and SMS notification containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product, you will receive another e-mail and SMS containing the shipping details.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care +91 9847499619 or log on to www.trd111.com/contact, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
ALL Products are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufacturers against defect in material & workmanship. Tradex is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold. Tradex will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory products. No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Tradex will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.
Conditions for return:
- The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
- No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not shipped'.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances like:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging
Tradex retains the sole rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Tradex will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
In case product is defective or damaged then the Tradex will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered Email.
There may be differences in specifications/features/description of products due to technical errors,in all cases customers are requested to ensure that the product delivered is as per the invoice generated with the price and specifications.If there any difference noticed we request you to notice us within 24 hrs of delivery and keep the package intact ,un packed,unused and not installed.Tradex shall not take back any products which is unpacked,used and installed .If the product is not same as per the customer request/order Tradex shall take back the item (if not used,unpacked and not installed)and shall provide alternate product(if available at Tradex)or refund the amount paid completely.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
